You should also delete all InDesign cache files at that point to assure a really fresh start.įor Macintosh Users: With InDesign closed launch a Finder Window in column view and click on your home folder. I agree with Scott also that deleting all preferences again would be prudent. I would make sure that you have uninstalled using the uninstall option provided in the Creative Cloud desktop app (click on the "V" to the right of the app's name in the app section to access it) and before reinstalling it I would make sure to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems. As Scott says uninstalling and reinstalling may be the best way to go.
